General Park Rules
Please obey all park rules and help make park visits enjoyable for all
Non-gated park hours are dawn to dusk
Gated property hours vary
PARKS CLOSED IN INCLEMENT WEATHER
- All properties are SMOKE free and DRUG free zones
- Alcoholic beverages PROHITBITED
- NO glass containers of any kind
- NO LITTERING – Take any trash you bring
- NO Dumping of kind on property or in dumpsters
- NO PETS ALLOWED on fields, play areas, walking paths, or surrounding areas
- Golfing of any sort is not permitted in parks. Use the Bensalem Township Country Club
- NO skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles permitted on any court surface or play areas
- NO ATV or other off road motorized vehicles permitted
- Electric bikes must have pedals and motor no larger than 75 watts and are otherwise prohibited
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unattended children will be reported to the police
- Graffiti or any person defacing park property will be charged and prosecuted
- Bensalem Township is NOT responsible for any personal property left in the park
- Those violating any rules will be asked to remove them themselves from the park
First Responders Field
- Use by permit only – No unauthorized use
- NO dogs or other animals permitted
- Access to playing surface limited to players, coaches, officials, trainers and authorized personnel
- Only sneakers or molded plastic cleats allowed
- NO rectangular shaped cleats
- NO metal spikes, metal cleats or screw in cleats of any kind permitted on the field
- No chairs (portable, foldable or otherwise) permitted on the field
- Goals to be lifted and moved as needed, not dragged
- Trash must be disposed of properly
- NO sharp object permitted on surface (I.E., tent stakes, corner markers)
- NO soda, sport drinks, alcohol, coffee or any beverages other than water
- NO food, peanuts, seeds, gum or candy
- NO glass objects permitted inside field area
