Bensalem Township Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to say that the 2025 full day playground camp program held at the Bensalem Community Park was a season full of excitement. Although it was a bit stormy and hot this season, an enjoyable fun time was had by all! If you missed out on our 2025 season, be sure to register early so you don’t miss out on the 2026 season as registration for this program is limited. Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis. This program is open to those entering 1st grade through 6th grade. Participants must be between 6 and 11 years of age and have not completed 7th grade to be eligible for this program.

This is a 9:00am – 5:00pm program with no drop offs prior to 8:30 am. All children must be picked up by 5:00 pm. No transportation will be provided for this program.
Please be advised this program will have strict guidelines and enrollment limits on registrations, which will be followed! Previous participation does NOT give you an automatic opening. You must register for the new season if you wish to participate, so don’t wait to register or you will miss out!

Jump Start Sparks (Parent Interactive Program)
Jump Start Sparks is an exciting parent-child program designed for toddlers ages 1–2. This class introduces children to movement, coordination, and early athletic development through obstacle courses, music-based games, and beginner sport stations. Parents participate alongside their child, creating a fun bonding experience while helping toddlers build balance, listening skills, confidence, and social interaction. Program Options Include: Soccer, Basketball, T-Ball, and Flag Football.

Jump Start Floor Hockey
This is an action-packed program that introduces athletes to the fundamentals of hockey in a fun, safe, and fast-paced environment. Players will learn stick handling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and game strategy through drills, fun games, and controlled scrimmages. This program is perfect for beginners and experienced athletes looking to stay active and develop new skills.

Jump Start Lacrosse Program
Jump Start Sports Lacrosse is a fun and instructional program designed to introduce athletes to the fundamentals of lacrosse. Players will learn proper cradling, passing, catching, shooting, and defensive skills through engaging drills and game-based activities. This program builds confidence, coordination, and teamwork while helping athletes develop the skills needed to succeed in lacrosse.

Hoop Stars Basketball Program
Hoop Stars Basketball is a fun and instructional basketball program designed for young athletes ages 3–6. This program is designed to build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game in a positive, energetic environment.

Young Rembrandts – Saturday classes… teaching drawing with a see – touch – do method that all kids can succeed with, learn from and love! We look forward to an exciting year of classes at Bensalem Township.
