The Township of Bensalem Vacant Property Review Committee is a 3 member board, appointed by the Mayor to serve a term of one year. The purpose of the board is to work with the Redevelopment Authority of Bucks County, to identify blighted properties as defined by the Pennsylvania Redevelopment Law for the purpose of acquiring the properties for condemnation, redevelopment, etc.
