Gasoline and Diesel Fuel
Will be received by the Township of Bensalem at the Municipal Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem, Pennsylvania 19020. The proposals will be publicly opened and read on February 19, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. prevailing time by which all bids must be received. Contract documents for the above may be examined and obtained from the Office of the Mayor, at the Municipal Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem, Pennsylvania 19020, during normal business hours.
Bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a Certified check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid and made payable to Bensalem Township.
The successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability.
The Township of Bensalem reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any/and all bids, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
